MISSION
We sell ethically produced goods from the foothills of the Andes Mountains. Every hand-crafted item is inspired by Peru’s rich archeological history and the legacy of the Moche community.
Our Peruvian products are made by women artisans who use their voices and opinions to shape every product we sell. We design and produce each article with a strong sense of community and association. At Cadena, everyone creates alongside one another.
VISION
Cadena’s vision is to support skills-based training and a fair income for rural women that can assist in paving new opportunities for long-term careers.

Equity: providing the women a space where each women is respected for their creative ideas and talents.
Passion: means we use our drive and commitment to energize, engage and inspire others.
Courage: means we are entrepreneurial and thus take risks, reach beyond boundaries and experiment.
Integrity: means we are consistently open, honest, ethical and genuine.
Transparency: is important to us and as we grow as a company the prices of embroideries are based off of minimum wage but 10 soles higher.
